I can't say enough about Cisco Electric. Their staff were knowledgeable and professional. They scheduled a visit for an estimate within a few days. Francisco, who did the estimate, arrived right in middle of the time window that was scheduled. Gave me a reasonable estimate and were very communicative throughout the process. The guys who came to do the work were friendly and smart, and happy to explain to me what they were doing. Would hire them again, for sure!

Francisco aka Paco was found on yelp and when I called him he promised to make sure he did a good job and make me happy I was requesting a main meter panel replacement, he took care of pge and city permits and scheduled with them. He made some small glitches but came back and had them sorted with a construction contractor to make sure all was good. He is polite and always replied to my texts. Of course there might be good and bad experience and he put the effort to make mine good.

I contacted Cisco Electric about some trouble I was having with popping breakers and losing power mostly in my kitchen. I had received an estimate from another Electrician that told me that my panel needed to be replaced. When that Electrician never returned, I found Francisco, the owner of Cisco Electric. He was very responsive and came out that very day to look at my electrical issues and give me an estimate.

francisco and his sons take great pride in their work and it shows. in the care they take to explain things to you and to emphasize their guarantees i was recommended to them by the company doing waterproofing in our crawlspace. They needed to cut a power outlet in our bedroom to control power in the crawlspace. They explained each step they were doing, and showed me how to reset the power if needed. Also, they were diligent about keeping the area clean and did a good job of patching up the drywall they needed to cut through. We asked them to come back to install a light, and again they were diligent to explain the dimming switches that would be needed for an LED light. They were patient enough to wait for me to get the new switch since I hadn't known beforehand that it would be needed.

This is a great company that with responsibility! They are not only very helpful with fixing my electric panel and they do help their customer's budget and time! My story is that my house has a broken electric panel that made my house outage of power. I found Cisco Electric from Yelp at night around 11:00pm and they come in right away in next day morning 8:00am! Of course they fix it in just about 30min and they didn't ask me to change the whole panel that may let them earn more money! Thank Cisco Electric that I can trust and they are so helpful! Touch wood, if I have any issue with electric, I will find you guys again!!!

Bid a Market based price and I agreed Crew showed up on time and prepared for the job Owner sent a worker (his son) to Home Depot to buy a piece that was color keyed to the Ring cameras while he continued to prep the install Added a "box" that was unseen from the street- SLICK When he did the job a few months back, there were 3-4 reviews Now? Over 50 Happy to write to support Will engage again on my next electrical project

Today we wake up with problem in our master bedroom All outlets wasn't working at all so after some search on yelp we decide to call Cisco Electric and what a great decision Francisco was able to answer our call and able to come with in an hour This is a family business They fix our problem in less than an hour at very reasonable price So definitely recommend Cisco Electric Great job Francisco and family
